PARIA MABUK CAKAP PASAL UNDANG-UNDANG

Tengah lalok, cakap fasal undang-undang
Entah macam mana, orang mabuk, orang gila, orang yang senteng akal, orang yang ingin mencabar undang-undang, tiba-tiba bercakap tentang undang-undang. Ambigo, engkau tau undang-undang ke? Engkau Cuma pembaca undang-undang tapi bukan pengamal undang-undang. Engkau tak fahampun apa yang engkau baca, jadi janganlah nak pertikai tindakan kerajaan. Jangan nak bagi fikiran orang-orang yang mabuk, bodoh dan tolol macam kau semakin terkeliru. Jangan bawak ajaran sesat tentang undang-undang. IKUT DULU UNDANG-UNDANG, PATUHI DULU UNDANG-UNDANG, BARU BERCAKAP TENTANG UNDANG-UNDANG. BERHIMPUN TANPA PERMIT, SALAH DISISI UNDANG-UNDANG…..FAHAM!!! MENGINGKARI ARAHAN PENGUASA UNDANG-UNDANG JUGA SALAH DI SISI UNDANG-UNDANG…..FAHAM TAK BAHLOL!!!

Ambiga, 55, fielded a host of questions from senior writer of Malay Mail ANDREW SAGAYAM.
QUESTION: What do you think of the arrests of the PSM activitists in Kedah?
AMBIGA: The arrests of 30 activists in Kedah will mislead Malaysian citizens into thinking that communism
is alive in the country. I really cannot understand why police did what they did. They used a "wrong" clause
of the law to detain the PSM members who are alleged to be waging a war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Q: What do you mean by "wrong" clause of the law?
A: Section 122 of the Penal Code (see sidebar) has not been used in the country for a very long time. And to use the very section on the 30 people for transporting T-shirts and flyers is outrageous. Who is talking about communism now? No one really talks about it and it seems like the government has got itself caught in
a time-warp and is lost in time. By taking such actions, the government is going to make Malaysians think that communism is alive and kicking when there is no such thing. Let's call a spade a spade.
Q: The arrests of PSM members are linked by certain quarters with the upcoming Bersih 2.0 rally. What is your
reaction to this?
A: We are not surprised if some quarters want to associate that with Bersih but we are not troubled by it as these are baseless allegations and there is no truth to it, Bersih is only championing the cause for a better government. Bersih has never been about violence. It is just demanding a clean electoral system. That's what Bersih has always been about.
Q: Will Bersih go on as planned despite warnings by the government, police and the death threats made
to you?
A: Oh yes. The rally will go as scheduled. It will be a peaceful one.
Q: How about the progress on investigations into the death threat you received. Have police
made any arrests?
A: The police are still trying to identify the culprit. And no, there is no arrest made until now.
Q: Do you think the police are not taking your death threat as serious as calling you up to record your statement on the launch of Bersih 2.0 on June 19?
A: My focus now is the preparation of the Bersih rally with my committee. We all have our jobs to do. We don't work for Bersih only, you know.

Doktor selalu potong kaki pesakit kencing manis ... utk menyelamatkan nyawa pesakit.

Jika PDRM 'simpan' kesemua KAPALA-KAPALA (Bersih/Pemuda UMNO/Perkasa/dll - tak lebih 100 org) demo 09/07/11 ... adakah demo akan diteruskan ? ... utk menyelamat Rakyat berjuta ?

Kan ini lebih baik.
