YUMMY TREAT... A rare delicacy in Sabah, tumbakon can be consumed either raw, with lime and chilli, or cooked. They are also mixed in rice porridges. These chewy and savoury sea worms can be found on beaches where they have to be dug and pulled out by hand. They sell for between RM30 and RM50 per kg at the markets. — NST picture by Datu Ruslan Sulai
